Then… massage tables
At the time, Michel Serpagli practiced massage in addition to his professional activity. Wanting to equip himself with a new massage table, he very quickly realized that the few dealers present at the time would not provide him with the service he expected from professionals worthy of the name.
Very often he had to deal with simple resellers of cardboard imported from Asia with little interest in the real needs of their customers and sometimes no scruples about selling poor quality equipment.
He then made the choice to develop the ideal table himself that corresponded exactly to what he was looking for. Although all the skills and know-how are present in Switzerland, manufacturing this type of equipment in our country is unfortunately financially impossible because the cost prices are not competitive. After looking in neighbouring countries, Michel Serpagli turned to a Spanish manufacturer who welcomed his ideas very warmly and agreed to manufacture the massage table model as he imagined it.
Swissmassage was therefore created in 2005 and has since evolved by making it a point of honor to constantly listen to its customers and to share their experiences with them in order to continuously evolve the items offered.
